CUSTOM ORDERS

Can’t find exactly what you need?

Different size, unusual quantity, your own artwork or something that doesn’t quite fit into any of the shop categories – send us what you have in mind and we’ll see what’s possible.

WHAT WE CAN DO

Quite possibly.

Not everything we can make has its own product page.

If you need a different size, shape, quantity, material or something a little more unusual, send us the details and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Usually.

Straightforward changes such as wording, colours or sizing may already be available on the product page.

For larger changes to the design or layout, get in touch before ordering and we’ll let you know whether it can be done.

Yes, on selected products.

Send us the best-quality version of your artwork along with the size, quantity and product you’re looking for.

Not sure whether your file is suitable?

We have an ARTWORK & FILE GUIDE →, or just send it over and we’ll take a look.

GETTING A QUOTE

The more information you can give us, the easier it is to work out what you need.

Ideally, send us:

What it is
Sticker, label, decal, sign, print — or your best description of whatever you’ve invented.

How big it needs to be
A rough size is fine to start with.

How many you need

What it’s being used for
Particularly what you’re planning to stick, apply or display it on.

When you need it

Any artwork or photos you have

You don’t need to know all the technical details. That’s what we’re here for.

They don’t need to be accurate to the tenth of a millimetre for an initial enquiry.

But “about this big” is surprisingly difficult to quote from.

Rough dimensions are a very good start.

If it needs to fit onto something specific, send us a photo and measurements of the available space.

Please do.

Photos are particularly useful when you’re trying to explain an unusual surface, existing product, bottle, window, sign or something you’d like us to recreate the general idea of.

They often answer several questions at once.

DESIGN

Standard design and personalisation are included with most of our personalised products.

That generally covers the normal changes offered with the product — names, dates, wording, available colours and straightforward layout adjustments.

More involved custom design work may be charged separately.

We’ll always tell you before doing anything chargeable.

No surprise invoices.

Usually when a job moves beyond normal personalisation and becomes substantial additional design work.

That might include creating artwork from scratch, rebuilding complex supplied artwork or going through extensive additional revisions.

We’re pretty reasonable about the odd tweak.

It’s when we’re several revisions in and still deciding whether one tiny detail should be slightly more coral that we may need to start charging for the extra design time.

Often.

If there’s a small, obvious issue that we can quickly fix while preparing the artwork for print, we often will.

If it needs substantial rebuilding, redrawing or vectorisation, an artwork fee may apply.

We’ll tell you first.

Any artwork preparation carried out as part of your print order is for production purposes. Recreated, vectorised or print-ready source files aren’t supplied afterwards unless this has been separately agreed as part of the job.

QUANTITIES & SIZES

Often, yes.

Some products have limitations because of the material or production method, but custom dimensions are available for many products.

Send us the size you need and we’ll check.

Usually.

The quantities online are there to make straightforward orders straightforward – they aren’t necessarily every quantity we can produce.

Send us what you need and we’ll quote accordingly.

Yes.

If you need larger quantities, repeat print or several variations of the same product, send us the details for a quote.

If there are multiple designs, sizes or quantities, a simple list is extremely helpful.

SOMETHING UNUSUAL?

That’s fine.

Tell us what you’re trying to achieve, where it’s going and roughly how big it needs to be.

You don’t need to work out the material, print method or technical terminology before contacting us.

That’s our bit.

Ask anyway.

Some of the more interesting jobs don’t fit particularly neatly into a shop category.

If we can make it, we’ll tell you how.

If we can’t, we’ll tell you that too.

HAVE SOMETHING IN MIND?

Tell us what you’re thinking. The more details you give us, the fewer questions we’ll have to come back and annoy you with.

Photos and artwork are always welcome. Please keep uploads PG.

Yes, apparently we need to say this.
