These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Tiia Mari Designs website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Please read the individual product description and available options carefully before ordering.
Colours displayed on screens can vary depending on the device and display settings used and may differ from the finished printed product.
Product photographs may include props or other items for display purposes. Only products specifically stated as included are supplied.
Many of our products are personalised or made to order using information supplied by you.
Please check all names, dates, spelling, wording, sizes, colours, finishes and other selections carefully before submitting your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for errors in information supplied or subsequently approved by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to make the requested change where possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once design or production work has begun.
Some products include or offer a digital proof before printing. Where applicable, this will be stated on the product page.
Proofs are sent to the email address supplied with your order. Please ensure that your email address is correct and check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder.
Where a proof is provided, please check all wording, spelling, dates, sizing and layout carefully.
Where stated on the product page, a proof may be automatically approved after 48 hours if we have not received a response.
Once a proof has been approved, either by you or in accordance with the stated automatic approval period, your order may proceed to production. We cannot accept responsibility for customer-supplied or customer-approved errors after this point.
If you choose not to receive a proof where this option is available, your order will be produced using the information supplied with your order.
Approval of a proof does not affect your statutory rights if the finished product is faulty, does not match the approved proof or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer law requirements.
Where you upload your own design, logo, photograph or other artwork, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use and reproduce that material.
Please provide the highest-quality artwork available.
The quality of the finished print depends partly on the quality and resolution of the artwork supplied. We cannot guarantee perfect reproduction of low-resolution, blurred, compressed or otherwise unsuitable files.
We may contact you if there is an obvious issue with supplied artwork before production.
We may make reasonable technical adjustments to supplied artwork where necessary for production, such as resizing, positioning, converting files or making minor print-preparation adjustments.
Any artwork preparation, redrawing or vectorisation carried out by us for the purpose of producing your order does not include supplying the resulting editable, vector or print-ready working files unless this has been specifically agreed separately.
Customer-supplied original artwork remains the property of its respective owner.
Product dimensions are stated on the relevant product page.
Please measure the item or surface on which you intend to use the product before ordering. Product photographs and mock-ups should not be relied upon to determine exact physical size.
Where we provide sizing guidance, this is intended to assist you, but you remain responsible for selecting the appropriate size for your intended use unless we have specifically agreed otherwise.
Different surfaces and materials can affect sticker adhesion and product performance. If you are unsure whether a product will be suitable for a particular application, please contact us before ordering.
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
Prices displayed to UK customers include VAT where applicable.
Tax treatment may vary depending on the customer’s location and applicable tax rules.
The final price and any applicable taxes, delivery charges, tariffs or other charges collected by us will be shown before you place your order.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.
Payments are handled securely by the payment methods available at checkout. We do not directly store your full payment card details.
For custom design work, full payment is required before we begin creating your artwork.
Any revisions included in the price will be confirmed before work begins. We’re happy to make adjustments to ensure you’re pleased with your design, but additional revisions or significant changes to the original brief may incur an extra charge. We’ll always let you know before carrying out any chargeable work.
Once the design has been approved, any further changes may require an additional fee.
As custom design work is created specifically for you, cancellation and refund rights may differ from those for standard products. Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Most of our products are personalised or made to order and require production before dispatch.
Available delivery services, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Processing time and delivery time are separate.
Please allow sufficient time when ordering for a wedding, event or other specific date. If your order is particularly urgent, please contact us before ordering.
Delivery estimates provided by postal or courier services are estimates and delays can occasionally occur.
If an order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide any remedy to which you are legally entitled.
International customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery and contact information required for shipping and customs clearance.
Depending on the destination and delivery service, taxes, tariffs, duties or customs charges may apply.
Where Tiia Mari Designs collects an import tariff, duty or other destination charge at checkout, this will be clearly shown as part of your order.
Where charges are not collected by us in advance, additional charges may be payable to the relevant customs authority or delivery provider.
International delivery may also be affected by customs procedures or other circumstances outside our control.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where production has not yet started, we may be able to accommodate your request.
Once work has begun on a personalised or custom-made product, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible.
For eligible non-personalised products, your statutory cancellation rights apply regardless of whether we have started processing your order.
Please see the Non-Personalised Returns section below for further information.
Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised generally cannot be returned or cancelled simply because you change your mind.
This includes products made specifically for you using customer-supplied names, dates, wording, artwork, bespoke dimensions or other personalised information.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.
For eligible non-personalised goods purchased online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us, you are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods.
Where applicable, your refund will include the standard delivery charge paid for the order. Additional amounts paid for an upgraded delivery service do not have to be refunded.
Returned goods should be kept in appropriate condition. Where permitted by law, a refund may be reduced if the goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
For eligible cancellations, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. If the goods have not been dispatched, refunds will be issued within 14 days of cancellation. Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include your order details and photographs of the issue where appropriate so that we can investigate.
Where there is a genuine fault or error, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, or because delivery was not accepted or collected, please contact us.
Any additional delivery charges or other action required will be considered according to the circumstances and your applicable consumer rights.
Unless otherwise stated, the designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, text and other original content displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Tiia Mari Designs.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold or used commercially without permission.
Purchasing a physical or personalised product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, artwork or intellectual property rights.
Customer-supplied artwork remains the property of its respective owner.
Where we create, redraw, vectorise or otherwise prepare artwork as part of fulfilling an order, the purchase of the finished product does not include the editable, vector, source or production files unless this has been specifically agreed separately.
You may use this website for lawful browsing and purchasing purposes.
You must not intentionally interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, use website content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
We may update, modify or discontinue products, services or website features from time to time.
Personal information provided through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
