THE PERSONAL TOUCH
SO, WHAT'S IT LIKE WORKING WITH US?
We take our work seriously, but that doesn't mean everything has to be so formal. We're friendly, straightforward and happy to work with whatever ideas you've got - even if they're still a little all over the place. We'll help make sense of them.
NO FORMALITIES REQUIRED
You don't need a perfectly written brief. A few screenshots, a rough sketch or a description of what you've got in mind is a perfectly good starting point.
RELAXED, BUT PROFESSIONAL
We like to keep things relaxed, with clear communication, honest advice and the occasional bit of humour. Getting a design made should be enjoyable, not another headache.
BETTER TO ASK THAN REPRINT
We might ask a few extra questions along the way. We'd much rather double-check the details now than discover something isn't right once it's been printed.
And there really are no silly questions.
SMALL BUSINESS TO SMALL BUSINESS
We run a small business ourselves, so we understand that budgets, deadlines and getting things right all matter. Whether it's a quick little job or a bigger project, you'll get the same care and attention.

We like to think we're pretty good at what we do. But rather than take our word for it, here's what our customers have to say.
Very responsive and accommodating. I placed my order at the last minute because of ongoing seating chart adjustments, but she worked with me to get it here quickly.
Really great and flexible with questions on our order and working with us to get exactly what we were looking for.
Tiia is the absolute best. I shared my vision with her and she was on it! Immediately! Thank you so very much for all of your thorough responses!
I would highly recommend Tiia. Great customer service and product. Delivery was quick and the quality excellent. Perfect for our Summer Ball.
